Burgeon Law Advises RevFin on $14Million Equity Funding Led by Omidyar Network
Burgeon Law Acts on Electric Vehicle-Focused Lender RevFin in Securing $14 million (about Rs 115 crore) in an Equity Funding Round Led by Omidyar Network.
The fund raise saw participation from the existing investors LC Nueva Capital and Green Frontier Capital along with Asian Development Bank (ADB), COMPANION Capital GmbH.
The company intends to utilize the funds to enhance its presence in sectors such as financing for three-wheeler electric vehicles (EVs) and to venture into new areas like battery financing and charging infrastructure financing, aiming to further solidify its market shares.
Burgeon Law advised LC Nueva Capital.
