Burgeon Law acted as legal counsel to Venture Highway on its investment in CheQ, a Bengaluru-based B2C credit management platform.

The funding round saw CheQ raise Rs 35 crore ($4.2 million) from new and existing investors, taking the total funds raised by the company to $15 million. The fresh capital will be used by CheQ for growth, expansion, marketing, and other general corporate purposes.

CheQ’s platform simplifies credit product discovery and management, allowing users to pay credit card bills and EMIs on a single platform.
