Burgeon Law advised and assisted Precision Asset Solutions Private Limited in relation to the investment of acquiring 51% shareholding in the Company by Feltham Resources Private Limited (a group company of Swan Energy Limited).

Precision Asset Solutions Private Limited is engaged in the business of providing asset leasing solutions in the arena of construction, mining, infrastructure, drilling, energy, medical and information technology solutions. The company is also involved with trading activities with respect to equipment, plant and machinery and spare parts in various parts of the globe. Feltham Resources Private Limited is a group company of Swan Energy Limited (“SEL”). SEL is among India’s leading private sector business houses serving the nation for more than a century across textile, real estate and oil and gas, etc.
