Burgeon Law advises AUM Ventures and Venture Highway in Investment in Sharang Shakti

Burgeon Law represented AUM Ventures and Venture Highway in their investment in Sharang Shakti, a defence tech startup.

Sharang Shakti recently secured approximately $600,000 (INR 5 Cr) as part of its pre-seed funding round co-led by AUM Ventures and Venture Highway. The company specialises in security robotics, focusing on innovations in airspace surveillance and airborne threat mitigation. This investment will further be used for product development and expanding the team.
