Burgeon Law Advises Lumikai in Investment in Deftouch

Burgeon Law represented Lumikai Fund in their investment in Deftouch (All Star Games), a gaming publisher.

Deftouch recently secured a funding round co-led by KRAFTON, T-accelerate Capital and existing investor Lumikai. The proceeds will be used to expand its current gaming portfolio (including King of Cricket), develop new games, and recruit additional talent.
