Burgeon Law Advises on the Successful Investment Round of GreenGrahi!

Burgeon Law advised GreenGrahi, an agri-biotech startupin raising $3.7 million in a funding round, while also representing Huddle Ventures in their investment in GreenGrahi.

Abhisshek Singlla (Partner), and Anubhav Pandey (Associate) represented GreenGrahi in the fund raising. While Ankit Bhasin (Partner), along with Akshita Mittal (Associate) and Saransh Agarwal (Associate) represented Huddle Ventures in their investment in GreenGrahi.

The newly secured funds will be utilised by the company to advance its insect bio-manufacturing platform, expand its team, and support its international growth initiatives.
