Burgeon Law Advises on the Successful Investment Round of NowPurchase!

Burgeon Law advised NowPurchase, a Saas-powered marketplace for metal manufacturers in raising $6 million in a combination of equity and debt financing, while also representing Orios Venture Partners in their investment in NowPurchase.

Ankit Bhasin (Partner), along with Aastha Agarwalla (Senior Associate) and Saransh Agarwal (Associate) represented NowPurchase in the fund raising. While Anish Jaipuriar (Partner), along with Hardik Sabbarwal (Senior Associate) and Ashrika Rastogi (Associate) represented Orios Venture Partners in their investment in NowPurchase.

The newly secured funds will be used to drive major growth initiatives, including expanding into additional manufacturing hubs across India and introducing new solutions for the metal industry.
