Burgeon Law is advising SIS Limited (“SIS”), a market leader in Security, Facility Management, and Cash Logistics, on its investment in Age Care Labs (“Age Care”).

This investment of Rs 10.16 crore grants SIS approximately 4% shareholding in Age Care, a leading elder care platform operating under the brands Emoha Elder Care and Epoch Elder Care.

The deal strengthens SIS’s position in the B2C segment and expands its portfolio to serve hospitals and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) better. SIS is already the leading provider of Facility Management services to hospitals in India and has a strong presence in residential communities.
