Burgeon Law advised Phab, a nutritionist-led snacking brand, raising $2 million as part of its funding round led by OTP Ventures along with participation from Capri Global, Sim&San law firm, and other angel investors.

The funds will will be utilized by the company for growth capital, capex investments, team expansion, and strengthening its online and offline presence across India.
