Burgeon Law Facilitates Successful Funding Round for Skincare Brand Conscious Chemist!

Burgeon Law advised Conscious Chemist, a skincare brand in raising $1.4 million (INR 12 Cr) led by Atomic Capital and has also appointed Apoorv Gautam, Founder and Managing Partner of Atomic Capital, to its board of directors

This investment will be used to enhance its product portfolio and streamline operations, while expanding its digital presence, supply chain, marketing, and distribution efforts. Additionally, the funds will be allocated to elevate customer experiences through data-driven insights and explore new opportunities in the beauty and wellness sector.
