Burgeon Law Advises GreenFortune in their funding round!

Burgeon Law represented GreenFortune, a windows and doors manufacturer in their funding round, raising, $4.5 million.

This funding round was led by Germany-based fund Foundamental, with participation from Titan Capital Winners Fund and existing investor Incubate Fund Asia.

The funds will be utilized for the company’s expansion, enhancing production capacity, and developing its tech platform, PartnerGate, into a comprehensive full-stack solution. Additionally, the company plans to invest in research and development (R&D) and technical services to innovate new products across various material types.
