Abhinav Agnihotri

Abhinav Agnihotri is a partner at Burgeon Law with over 16 years of experience in litigation and arbitration. Specializing in disputes, he has represented clients across various courts, forums and tribunals, particularly in the infrastructure and aviation sectors.

Abhinav began his career working with the Chambers of Hon’ble Ms. Justice (Retd) Indu Malhotra and has since developed a robust practice, handling high-profile cases before the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court. His expertise includes handling significant cases related to government contracts, tenders and anti-money laundering proceedings.

Abhinav has successfully represented his clients in highly contentious litigation relating to debarment proceedings, award of government contracts, challenge to tenders, attachment of properties amongst others. His experience also extends to representing and defending his clients in various investigations carried out by government/ enforcement agencies. Some of his represented clients include GMR group, JBM group, Emaar, Ramky, SpiceJet, Apollo Hospitals amongst others.

In his spare time, Abhinav enjoys reading and playing cricket.
