The USD 4 million investment round was led by SIDBI Venture Capital Limited, with participation from Endiya Partners, Pratithi Investment Trust, and Subh Labh (among others).

Our transaction team, consisting of Anish Jaipuriar (Partner), Hardik Sabbarwal (Senior Associate), and Kritika Shrivastava (Associate), played a key role in getting the deal done.

In addition to the essential provisions, the deal documents included a strong focus on ring-fencing liabilities associated with the use and deployment of AI, considering both legal and regulatory aspects. ️
